No. We cannot guarantee that your release will go online in all shops. Each shop has the right to refuse your music.
At present you cannot move your music between accounts. You will have to request a takedown in your dashboard and re-submit your music in the other account. Please contact us per email if you require assistance.
This means that a download was broken, corrupt or was not able to be paid for by the person buying you music. Sometimes the minus can apply to a sale that happened in the previous month.
Why do we need to collect certain information?
We need your personal information in order to offer and provide you with our services. We need to be able to pay you and we need certain information to allow us to get your music online with our partners and shops. We also need this information to keep track of your releases, offer you support, collect subscription fees and be able to provide you with opportunities to increase the success of your music.

We need basic information from you that consists of some or all of the following.
To create an account we need.
Your full name as the Legal entity of the account that has agreed to our digital distribution agreement during the registration process. A valid email address that is needed to authenticate your account with us per email and your full postal address.
To Release you music to the shops we need.
The title of your release and songs, the names of the composers, the year of the recordings, your release artwork, audio files and possibly promotional material photos & biographies.This information will be used to monitor your releases, supply information and sales data to chart organizations and we need and you agree that we have the unlimited right to forward all information necessary to third parties to allow your music to go online.
To pay money to you we need.
Either your PayPal account name or your bank account details for payments from us to you only.
To receive money from you we need.
A payment made by you to us via your PayPal account.
Do you disclose my personal information to anyone?
No. The only information we disclose is the information required by our partners to get your music online.
How do you protect my personal information?
We take all reasonable measures to protect your personal information against theft, copying, loss and misuse. We also take all reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or deletion of your account.
There may be people attempting to steal information, therefore we try to follow industry security standards to protect and prevent any of the above.
We use Secure Sockets Layer (“SSL”) encryption for bank transactions.
